Mr. Bond is a founder and Managing Director of the Perigee Group. The Perigee Group specializes in financial structuring and esoteric investments for the wealthiest portion of the individual marketplace.

Prior to founding the Perigee Group, Mr. Bond was a partner at Arthur Andersen LLP. He was the Partner in Charge of the Private Client Services Practice in the Southwest Region of the U.S. having practice area balance sheet and income statement responsibility for that region of the country. As a result of the above responsibilities, Mr. Bond was one of seven members of the Andersen Worldwide Private Client Services Leadership Team.

Mr. Bond sat on the Board of Directors of Arthur Andersen Financial Advisors, which was Andersen's Registered Investment Advisor. He also sat on the Board of Andersen Global Wealth Solutions, which was Andersen's Broker/Dealer in registration.

Mr. Bond has extensive expertise and creativity with income tax, estate tax and life insurance planning for high net worth clients. He has developed and implemented income tax planning structures that create significant efficiencies from a federal and state income tax perspective. In the transfer tax arena, he has structured many leveraged generational wealth transfer techniques for his clients. He has extensive expertise in using life insurance to create significant efficiencies in financial structuring. In addition, he has assisted clients with investment securities and derivatives, including but not limited to, options, futures, forward contracts, security derivatives contracts, hedge funds, private equity and venture capital investments.

Mr. Bond has been the primary financial strategist for many families including members of the Forbes 400 and several very private multi-generational families. In addition, he is on-call for specific product implementation purposes across the US for the more project oriented Perigee clients.

Early in Mr. Bond's career, he was a frequent lecturer at investment seminars across the country. In total, he has presented to well over 10,000 people about investment and financial planning issues. He has also been quoted in numerous financial publications in the U.S.
